Read what she has to say.

Erika was also featured on a video during her stent procedure.

More and more people are warming to Inclined bed Therapy, literally as the circulation improves feet and hands warm up more rapidly and body temperature remains stable throughout the night.

Andrew,

I am a 26 yo girl from spain. I have had (pretty benign) MS since I was a child. I am also a medical student and a former neuroscience researcher, and find I am very very intrigued by your findings.

The idea of the WHOLE BODY being like a pump ("another" pump, mind the heart)... Thanks to gravity... It just makes crazy sense when you thik in the terms of gravity, tensegrity (the real thing, not Carlos CastaƱeda's sh*t) and fascia. I haven't seen any references to this in your site, but this may be something you'd like to look into.

I found out about IT yesterday and been thinking about how to modify my bed since then... I would love to make a little trial and see if it has any effect on my sleeping (I have horrible sleep), cold hands and feet (I go barefoot or in vibram fivefingers shoes all day long to help my posture, but my feet go really cold 5 minutes after I hit the bed... Coincidence?), spider veins all over my legs since I was 11 years old, the "heavy" body AND very heavy head feeling I got when I wake up, and my rolfing process (do you know about rolfing, gravity, and posture?).

I still have to make my way through all the material in your site, but I will report when I change my bed.

Hi Angela

Thank you for taking the time to look into my findings.

There is a lot to read but 16 years of research cannot go without increasing the reading volume :)

This simple therapy has reversed progressive multiple sclerosis and spinal cord injury.

There has been some interesting developments on thisisms forum search inclined therapy and thisisms in google.

Without a doubt you will benefit from I.T.!

Glad you made the connection with the whole body solute pump. Nice way of putting it.

When you tilt your bed please keep a record of any changes, but first write down everything you can about how you are before tilting the bed. Then we can see where you are coming from.
